WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Refunds on items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging.  Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund.  If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at Mahogany Makers discretion according to Mahogany Makers terms for the refund (which may include setting up a Mahogany Makers rewards account for a store credit refund). The nature of certain items calls for more specific eligibility and instructions. Before initiating a return, please use the guidelines below to make sure your item is eligible.

 

PERSONAL CARE, BEAUTY AND FRAGRANCE

To be eligible for a refund, personal care, skin care, hair care, fragrance, and cosmetic products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used personal care, beauty and fragrance products are eligible for store credit refunds only. If you have questions about returning a personal care, beauty or fragrance product, please reach out to customerservice@mahoganymakers.com.

 

HANDBAGS AND ACCESSORIES

If you’re undecided about a handbag or accessory you’ve ordered, please handle with care as you gently give it a try in your home. To be eligible for return, all original packaging, including dust bags must be included.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major debit/credit cards.

 

I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT HAVEN’T HEARD BACK YET. WHY?

Mahogany Makers is based in the USA and our business days are Monday to Friday. We aim to respond to all inquiries within forty-eight hours, so hold tight—we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

 

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO BUY FROM MAHOGANY MAKERS?

You do not need a rewards account to buy from Mahogany Makers, however setting one up is free and makes the checkout process faster. When you sign up you are able to:

  • Check out faster when making a purchase
  • Check the status of your current orders
  • View past orders
  • Make changes to your account information
  • Change your password
  • Save multiple shipping addresses
  • If you check out as a guest, all order confirmations and updates will be sent via email, and you will not be able to keep track of this information on our site.

 

WHY AM I PAYING SALES TAX NOW WHEN I HAVEN’T ON PREVIOUS PURCHASES?

As an e-commerce company based in the USA, we are required to charge sales tax, which may vary over time, and depending on the state to which items are being shipped.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you checked out as a guest, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

We are happy to send your package with signature requirement upon request. Please email customerservice@mahoganymakers.com with your order number.

 

WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING MY EMAILS?

Please check your spam or junk folder.  If it’s not there, email from Mahogany Makers might be blocked.  To unblock, unsubscribe and then re-subscribe.  To ensure delivery, add info@mahoganymakers.com to your contacts.  If the email lands in your spam folder or junk folder, you will need to find it and mark that it is not spam.  If you are a Gmail user, check your Promotions tab.  Gmail has updated its inbox layout, and your Mahogany Makers email may be landing there—to move it to your main inbox, simply drag the message from Promotions.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS FOR RECEIVING MAHOGANY MAKERS ISSUES?

At the bottom of every issue you have the option to “Manage Preferences.” Please use this option if you want future Mahogany Makers issues delivered to a different email address.

 

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MAHOGANY MAKERS ?

You can unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of every email.
